Student Service Terms — Global Skill Bridge

Last updated: 17 October 2026. These are the website's standard service principles. Before formal university applications, GSB and the student will agree a written case-specific service agreement identifying the contracting party, approved institutions, services, timing and scope. That agreement controls any differences.

1. Free assessment and file opening

GSB does not charge a consultancy fee to assess an initial academic profile, discuss suitable options or open a student enquiry file. Free opening does not guarantee that we can represent every applicant or apply to every university.

2. Application service — AED 999

The GSB university-application service fee is AED 999 per student per agreed application cycle, and becomes payable only after receipt of the first qualifying written university offer obtained through an application agreed with GSB. It remains due if the student decides not to accept that qualifying offer. A student will not be charged multiple times for additional qualifying offers under the same agreed application cycle.

3. What is a qualifying offer?

An offer must come from the relevant institution in writing, identify an approved course and intake, and materially match the student-approved university and affordability parameters in the signed application plan. Routine admission conditions may apply if disclosed and reasonably achievable. An advertisement, interview invitation, waiting-list placement or an unapproved program is not a qualifying offer. Disagreements can be raised by email before payment is collected.

4. Service scope and fees outside GSB

GSB reviews documents, assists in selecting suitable programs and may prepare and coordinate a limited number of university applications as described in the written agreement. Universities decide admissions independently. University application charges, tuition and deposits, examinations, transcripts, notarization, translations, travel, insurance and government charges are not included unless expressly stated. These are disclosed before the student authorizes them and should normally be paid directly to the institution or supplier.

5. Optional visa-support service — AED 2,999

Where legally permitted and separately agreed, GSB offers optional administrative visa-document coordination and interview preparation information. The GSB fee is AED 2,999, payable when the visa application is lodged. Paid regulated immigration advice, immigration representation or legal advice, where required by destination law, must be delivered by an appropriately authorized professional and may involve a separate agreement. GSB cannot guarantee immigration outcomes. See the visa-support refund policy.

6. Student responsibilities

Applicants must supply complete and genuine information, meet university deadlines, approve their institution/course choices before applications are made and review submissions for accuracy. GSB will not knowingly submit forged documents or misleading applications.

7. Cancellation and complaints

A student can stop the process by writing to GSB. No GSB success fee is payable when the application process ends before any qualifying written offer is received, except any separately agreed and legally payable third-party cost. A valid prior qualifying offer triggers the GSB success fee even if the student withdraws afterward. If you believe a fee or offer does not match the written plan, email hello@globalskillbridge.com with your reference number. We aim to acknowledge complaints within five working days.

8. No guarantee and service changes

Admissions, scholarships, permits and visas are decided by independent institutions and authorities. University and government requirements can change; official sources control. Service descriptions and prices published here may be updated prospectively, but signed service agreements are not changed retrospectively without agreement. Consumer rights under applicable law are not limited by this website notice.
