How we handle your information.

Who operates this website?

Global Skill Bridge handles prospective student and skilled-worker interest enquiries. Our public contact email is hello@globalskillbridge.com. Our trading entity and registered contact address will be identified in the service agreement before a paid service begins.

Information we collect

Depending on the form you submit, we collect your name, email, phone/WhatsApp, country of origin or residence, preferred study destination, academic information, study preferences and enquiry text; or trade, experience and desired work destination. We also process the time of submission and a unique enquiry reference. Our hosting provider may retain limited technical access logs for security.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, conduct an initial suitability review, maintain an enquiry record, arrange follow-ups and protect forms from abuse. We do not request passport scans, financial statements or sensitive identity documents through these initial website forms. Such documents, if later needed, will be requested through an appropriate channel with additional instructions.

Where it goes

Form submissions are transmitted through our Namecheap-hosted website to a Google Apps Script service and recorded in restricted-access Google Sheets. Notifications may be emailed to the GSB team. As a result, your information may be processed in countries where our hosting and Google service providers operate. Only authorized personnel should have access to the sheet and notifications.

Your choices and contact preferences

By submitting an enquiry, you request a response by phone, WhatsApp or email. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. We do not sell enquiry data or use the enquiry consent checkbox as a separate permission to receive promotional newsletters. If a separate marketing mailing list is introduced, it will have its own opt-in.

Retention and deletion

Enquiries that do not progress to a student service agreement are ordinarily reviewed for deletion or anonymization after 24 months from the last meaningful contact, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. If a paid case begins, its records may need to be kept longer for contractual or legal reasons. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing us; we will respond subject to applicable law.

Security and children

We use HTTPS and server-side input validation and restrict access to connected Sheets and email accounts. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. If you are under 18, please involve a parent or guardian before submitting personal details.

Policy updates

If our services, data recipients or legal identity change, this notice will be updated. Contact hello@globalskillbridge.com if you need clarification.
