Free services

Initial assessment and student file opening are free, so there is no GSB consultancy fee to refund at those stages.

AED 999 university application service

Once a qualifying written offer is received under the signed application plan, the AED 999 application success fee is earned, even if the student later chooses not to study. If the application cycle ends with no qualifying offer, no GSB application success fee is payable. If GSB charged this fee in error or materially misrepresented an offer, please contact us for correction or reimbursement, without limiting applicable consumer rights.

AED 2,999 optional visa-support service

If an application supported under the GSB visa-support service is officially refused, GSB will refund 60% of its AED 2,999 visa-support service fee, equal to AED 1,799.40. GSB will process the eligible refund within seven calendar days after receiving the official refusal record, original service-fee payment reference and refund destination details. The bank or payment service may take additional time to credit funds.

This policy applies to a visa application that was actually lodged, for which the GSB visa-support service was engaged and paid. It does not apply to applications withdrawn before a refusal decision, cases with no lodged visa application, or knowingly fraudulent submissions. These limited checks are to verify the refund request, not to pressure a student to justify the visa officer's refusal.

What is excluded?

Embassy/government visa fees, biometric fees, university deposits, translation and medical fees, third-party immigration lawyer charges, insurance and travel costs are not part of the AED 2,999 GSB fee and are not refunded by GSB under this policy. They may be subject to the external provider's own rules.

How to request a refund

Email hello@globalskillbridge.com with your GSB reference number, the official refusal decision and your fee-payment receipt. We will confirm receipt and any missing payment-routing details, and provide written confirmation of the refund amount and processing date. Contact us through the same address if you wish to appeal a refund decision.

This policy is part of the signed student service agreement where applicable. Nothing here removes statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
