University deposits, application charges, government fees, translations, insurance, and other external costs are separate. Visa/immigration assistance depends on applicable authorization and local law. The 60% refund applies to the GSB visa-support service fee (AED 1,799.40); see final eligibility terms.
WHAT TRIGGERS THE AED 999 FEE?
A real written university offer.
An approved course, institution, intake and reasonable admission conditions must match your signed agreement. General enquiries, marketing emails, a waiting list or interview invitation don't qualify.
Exactly what counts as a qualifying offer must be agreed before submission. The service fee may still apply if you decide not to accept a valid qualifying offer.

Is the academic assessment and file opening really free?
Yes. GSB does not charge a consultancy fee to assess your initial profile or open your student file. Third-party fees, if any, are disclosed separately before you approve them.
When exactly do I pay the AED 999 university application fee?
Only after you receive a qualifying written university offer under a signed agreement that defines the approved course, institution, intake, and conditions. An interview invitation or waitlist notice does not count.
Do you guarantee university admission or visa approval?
No. Admissions are decided by institutions and visas by the relevant authorities. We help you assess options and prepare accurately; we do not promise decisions outside our control.
What if my visa is refused?
For eligible refusals under the separate GSB visa-support package, 60% of the AED 2,999 GSB visa-support service fee is refundable. Government and third-party payments are separate. Final written conditions apply.
Can I contact you before choosing a country?
